On the filming day, I brought a variety of costumes in my backpack to school. The class prior to this, Hayley and I sat down and discussed what we thought each character would wear. We also assigned roles to ourselves. This way, it would make it easier for me to know which costumes to bring. On the piece of paper, I wrote that Hazel would have light makeup, be played by Hayley, and would wear sweatpants and a tank top. I also wrote that the murder clothes for Bothe Hazel and Vivian would bee all black, tight clothing. For Vivian, she would wear jorts, a sweater and have a bruised eye for makeup. Jessica Kennedy would be wearing a pencil skirt, tank top and heavier makeup. This would make her appeal to be more intimidating and shown to fit fashion trends. Matt Brown would just wear a hoodie and baggy pants. Since Hayley and I are both girls and have long hair, all of the boys either had to have their hair up, of have a hat/beanie to hid the hair. For Matt, he would wear a baseball cap.

During the filming process, we had to do several takes to get the proper idea. For example, for the bedroom scene, we spent almost an hour on. This is because, we wanted to get several angles. This way, when editing, we would have several switches. In this scene, we ended up having an over the shoulder shot, a two person shot from behind, and a closer over the shoulder shot. To set this up, we had a tripod and were able to leave the phone to record. For the shots that required us to hold it, our friend Scott would.  He also helped me with my makeup for this scene and the other scenes prior. For my makeup, we took Hayley's older sisters eyeshadow palette and added colors such as blue, green, and black. This process took around ten minutes. We also did this before the hallway scene because the rest of the shots will have a black eye. However, as time went on, we slowly removed the makeup. This give the allusion of time passing. For the scenes that required blood, we made fake blood f

This past Friday, Hayley, Scott, and I got together and began the filming process. We all knew that there would not be enough time to film the whole thing. Especially since we wanted it to be perfect and get all the proper angles. Another reason for splitting up the filming sessions was because we wanted to do some of the scenes at my house, or in a different location. So, Hayley and I sat down and discussed what we would like to get done this day. We both agreed that we should get the bedroom scene done, as well as some of the murder scenes. To do this, I brought several clothes in my backpack to school and sorted it when we got to her house. In the end, we filmed the bedroom scene, Penelope Smith's murder, and Nicole Wilson's murder. We also started on Aaron Nelson's murder, but I had to leave while we were doing it. Other scenes, such as Matt Brown's scene where Hayley has to get pushed into the pool have been postponed due to the cold weather recently. The bulletin

When Hayley, Scott, and I completed the first couple of scenes, I began to edit. While filming, we used several angles. We also did several takes. So, it was very easy for me to piece all of these together. Making sure it all seems to run smoothly. We filmed a total of four scenes during the first meetup. The first one we filmed was in the bedroom. The second was outside where Nicole Wilson was getting murdered,. The third was Penelope Smith getting her wrist slit. The final one was Aaron Nelson being filed going into the alley way and only the two girls coming out. To make part of the montage for the opening sequence, I took small pieces and pictures of these scenes and place slow transitions in between. We also plan to use filters for some parts. This way the film could have more of an eerie feel to it. Some sections of our filming I also had to speed up. Such as the wrist slitting scene. This is because, to be safe, we went slow and made sure the wrist wasn't actually being cut

Before we began our editing process, Hayley and I discussed which parts we wouldn't mind editing. For our last project, since it was shorter, I was the only one editing the film in the group. But, since this is a longer film that requires more factors, we decided it would be best if both of us do the editing. We were not really sure how to split it up and thought of many ways to divide it. For example, we brought up that one could do half the movie and the other could do the last half. However, in the end, we found it easier for one of us to do the titles and opening sequences. Meanwhile, the other would do the actual editing of the film. I offered to do the editing of the actual film. This is because I had prior experience and I have the app on my phone. Once I am done with this process, I would sen it to Hayley. Once she gets it, she would add the words on the screen the audience would see. Like we agreed on before, the opening sequences would appear in coordinating corners. The

For the music in the film, Hayley and I wanted to us the song "Hayloft" by Mother Mother. However, we soon realized that this would be tricky due to copyright. Emailing the producers would also take a long time and would probably not be done in time. So, we looked up uncopyrighted music we could possibly use. The first thing that popped up was premiumbeat.com. This gave us several options that we could possibly use for the project. In the beginning, we looked at music under the thriller section. However, this music did not really fit the idea we had for the film. Like Mother Mother, we wanted a song that was more on the heavy metal side. Finally, we found this genre on the website and began to listen to snippets of music. Each was very different and some we automatically knew we did not like. For about five minutes we went through several songs. I began to save the ones I liked as well. In order to do this, I did have to make an account on the website. To do this, I plac

Planning to film took a while for my partner and I. This is because both of us had very busy schedules for a long time. But, for this project, we had to make time and move things around. So far, we are planning to film the weekend of February 24th. The is because it was when we were both free. This date would also give us time to get things ready for the film. This includes makeup, props, outfits, and any other things we may need during production. Also, Hayley and I may have some of our friends to help us film. They would be in our movie and would help us film the scenes both of us would be in. Having them in it would make it easier and less time devoted to filming. This possibility came up when I was discussing the project to one of my friends who loves film. Him and I have filmed several at home movies together. He has also done a lot on his own when it comes to filming things. Overall, I think my friend, Scott would be a great addition to helping us and could be one of the directo

In order to start filling, my partner and I had some things we needed to get in order first. To begin with, the costumes. Although there will only be two of us doing the acting, we must make more costumes for the other people we will be playing. This is so the audience would be able to decipher between who is who. This also helps the audience understand what is going on. For these outfits, we had to tap into the character and think about how they would dress. This could be based on the personality they show or the vision we have of them I our head. For example, for Jessica Kennedy, we are planning to have her wear a short skirt, a tank top, and more name brand clothing. The makeup she would be wearing has also been taken into account for her personality. Both Hayley and I believe she would be the type to wear a full face of makeup and have things such as mascara, eyeliner, and lip gloss applied. For the main characters, Vivian an Hazel, they would have more of a natural look to them a
